CASA

The topic of CASA and Confidential Reporting is currently the subject of a Senate Inquiry which will report to Parliament by the end of April 2013. This inquiry was initially scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2012, but due to an unexpected amount of input being provided by individuals and a reluctance on the part of the CASA and ATSB to answer questions promptly has resulted in extension of the number of hearings. The most recent one was held “In Camera” on Monday 18th March 2013.
